The exact meeting point for each tour is clearly listed in the tour description and confirmation email. Please make sure to check the meeting location specific to the tour you’ve booked, as starting points vary by activity.

Parking options vary depending on the tour location. Each tour description includes specific parking information to help you plan your arrival. Please refer to the details provided for the tour you’ve booked.

Nearby public parking areas are available at all meeting points (Fažana, Pješčana Uvala, and Valovine Beach), and we recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.

If you need help finding the best parking option, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to assist.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

This will allow us to check you in and ensure you’re ready for the tour. If you’re running late, please contact the crew at +385 98 44 77 41. Depending on the circumstances and tour group, we may be able to wait for you for up to 15 minutes. However, if the other kayakers are ready, we have to respect their time and cannot delay their departure for more than 5 minutes.

Bring swimsuit, aqua shoes, beach towel, sun hat, sun cream, spare clothes, sunglassess and positive vibe! The rest we’ll take care for you.

We provide everything you need for a fantastic experience, including easy-to-use kayaks, paddles, life jackets, dry bags, water, snack, and fun, knowledgeable guides.

You’re free to bring anything you would like to eat or drink as long as the amount is small and personal.

You and your furry friends are welcome to join the tour. However, please ensure that your dogs respect the space of other tour participants.

Children must be at least 13 years old to paddle on their own. Children 12 years of age and under can enjoy the experience in one of our tandem kayaks accompanied by an adult. The minimum age to join our tours is 7 years old.

No, you don’t! Our kayaks are easy to use and incredibly stable. Our experienced guides will give you step-by-step instructions on how to paddle and what to do. You’ll quickly find why kayaking is our favorite way to experience waters around Pula and south Istria.

Well it sure can’t hurt, but it’s not required. It’s recommended that you do have some comfort and experience when you’re in the water. All our participants wear lifejackets.

No, our tours are not designed to make you a professional kayaker. While there may be occasions where we encounter strong winds that require a higher level of exertion, we try to avoid these situations when possible. Our guides are prepared with all the necessary safety equipment and tow ropes in case any situation becomes too difficult for a paddler.

Kayak tours tend to sell out quickly, and passenger seats are limited. To guarantee your spot(s), we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. You can book instantly on our website, where we have live availability.

Yes, you can bring your camera. But we would recommend you to bring waterproof one, so it won’t get ruined easily.

Our guides normally have a GoPro camera and can take photos during the tour. If you’re interested in photos please give us your email and we’ll send you download link the day after the tour. Kindly note that photos cannot be guaranteed. Our customers safety and wellbeing is our first priority, and therefore it can happen that the guide have to focus on helping the kayakers in the water instead of taking photos.

Yes, we offer a bottle of water and a snack on all of our tours.

Can we bring our own food? 😀 You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, as long as the amount is small and personal.

You will receive an email with a link to our online gallery and login credentials needed to access the tour photos no later than 5 working days from the tour date.

Our guides usually have a GoPro camera and can take photos during the tour. If you’re interested in photos, please provide us with your email, and we’ll send you a download link the day after the tour. However, please note that photos cannot be guaranteed as our customers’ safety and well-being are our first priority. There may be situations where the guide needs to focus on helping kayakers in the water instead of taking photos.

The tours are conducted in English. Don’t worry if English is not your first language; your guide is very expressive and will ensure you have a great experience.

Yes, we provide dry containers for your personal belongings. However, please note that there is limited space available, so please only bring what you need. You can leave your backpacks in our car for safekeeping.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify the provider of the services by email or telephone. The refund policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival – 100% refund

  2. Cancellation 0-24 hours before arrival – No refund

The activity may be canceled due to severe weather conditions. We usually run the activity in light rain and other moderate weather conditions. However, in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, we may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time. If we cancel the activity, you’ll be allowed to reschedule the tour (subject to availability). If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll be refunded.

We primarily use tandem kayaks on our tours due to their stability. Most guests share a tandem kayak, but we do have a limited number of single kayaks available upon request.

Our kayaks are top of the class. They are very wide and super stable on the water, making them ideal for families. They can accommodate up to 230 kg, with spots for two older persons and one child.
